Boasting a spacious volute design, these pumps can autonomously re-prime in a fully open system, eliminating the necessity for suction or discharge check valves. Remarkably, they operate efficiently even when only partially filled with liquid and with a completely dry suction line.
Our pumps are capable of handling spherical solids up to 76mm in diameter, contingent on the pump model. Should there be a need for servicing or repairing the pump shaft or bearings, the entire rotating assembly can be effortlessly removed without disrupting the pump casing or connected pipelines.

External Shimless Adjustment
The innovative external shimless cover plate facilitates straightforward adjustments to the clearance between the impeller and wearplate, eliminating the need to realign belts, couplings, or other drive components. Consequently, the seal assembly's working height and impeller back clearance remain unaffected. The unique collar and adjusting screw allow for precise, incremental adjustments with a simple hand turn. Once set, the collar securely locks in place, maintaining the clearance even if the cover plate is removed. This design effectively doubles the lifespan of the impeller and wearplate, ensuring the pump operates at peak efficiency.
Solids Handling
Equipped with a two-vane, semi-open solids handling impeller, our pumps can manage solids up to 3" (75 mm) in diameter, depending on the model. Pump out vanes on the impeller shroud help reduce foreign material buildup behind the impeller, minimizing pressure on the seal and bearings.
Exclusive Mechanical Seal
Our proprietary double-floating, self-aligning, oil-lubricated mechanical cartridge seal features stationary and rotating faces made of silicon carbide or tungsten titanium carbide, tailored for abrasive industrial applications. This advanced seal is available on 3", 4", and 6" (75 mm, 100 mm, and 150 mm) pump models, with optional seals also offered.
Removable Cover Plate with 'Easy-Grip' Handle
The removable cover plate, featuring an 'easy-grip' handle and pusher bolt capability, grants swift and effortless access to the pump's interior without needing to disconnect any piping. This design enables quick removal of clogs, allowing the pump to be back in service in mere minutes. The impeller, seal, wearplate, and flap valve can also be accessed through the cover plate opening for inspection or service.
Removable Rotating Assembly
Inspecting the pump shaft or bearings is a breeze without disturbing the pump casing or piping, thanks to the easily removable rotating assembly. Simply detach four bolts from the back of the pump, and the assembly slides out effortlessly.
Dual Protection of Bearings
Our innovative design ensures atmospheric isolation of the seal cavity, providing robust protection for the bearings. This feature also supports external monitoring capabilities, enhancing the overall reliability and performance of the pump.
