Our pumps are capable of handling up to 76mm spherical solids, depending on the pump model. Should the pump shaft or bearings require maintenance or repair, the entire rotating assembly can be effortlessly removed without disrupting the pump casing or existing pipelines, ensuring minimal downtime.

External Shimless Adjustment
The innovative external shimless cover plate facilitates effortless adjustment of the clearance between the impeller and the wearplate, eliminating the need to realign belts, couplings, or other drive components. This unique design maintains the working height of the seal assembly and impeller back clearance. Featuring a distinctive collar and adjusting screw, the wearplate clearance can be finely tuned with a simple hand turn. Once set, the collar locks in place, preserving the clearance even when the cover plate is removed. This design significantly extends the life of the impeller and wearplate, enhancing the pump's efficiency.
Solids Handling
Equipped with a robust two-vane, semi-open impeller, the pump can handle solids up to 3 inches (75 mm) in diameter, depending on the model. The pump-out vanes on the impeller shroud reduce the accumulation of foreign materials behind the impeller and lessen the pressure on the seal and bearings, ensuring smooth operation.
Exclusive Mechanical Seal
Our exclusive double-floating, self-aligning, oil-lubricated mechanical cartridge seal features stationary and rotating faces made of silicon carbide or tungsten titanium carbide, specifically designed for abrasive industrial applications. This seal is available for 3-inch, 4-inch, and 6-inch (75 mm, 100 mm, and 150 mm) pump models, with optional seals also available for tailored needs.
Removable Cover Plate with 'Easy-Grip' Handle
The removable cover plate, featuring an 'easy-grip' handle and pusher bolt capability, offers swift and easy access to the pump's interior without the need to disconnect piping. This allows for quick clog removal and prompt return to service. The impeller, seal, wearplate, and flap valve are also accessible through the cover plate for inspection or maintenance.
Removable Rotating Assembly
Easily inspect the pump shaft or bearings without disturbing the pump casing or piping by removing the rotating assembly. Simply detach four bolts from the back of the pump, and the assembly slides out effortlessly.
Dual Protection of Bearings
Our design includes atmospheric isolation of the seal cavity, providing robust protection for the bearings. Additionally, this innovative design allows for external monitoring capabilities, ensuring optimal performance.
