ISWHB series stainless steel explosion-proof horizontal centrifugal pump is a new generation of energy-saving and environmentally friendly horizontal centrifugal pump developed by ourselves on the basis of absorbing advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad and using the performance parameters of domestic general centrifugal pump. This series of pumps has the advantages of excellent performance, high reliability, long life, reasonable structure and beautiful appearance.

Features

1. pump for vertical structure, import and export of diameter is the same, and in the same center line, but like the valve installed in the pipeline, compact appearance beautiful, cover an area of an area small, low construction investment, such as plus a shield can be placed in the outdoor use.
2. installed directly on the extension of the motor shaft, impeller, short axial dimensions, compact structure, the pump and motor bearing reasonable configuration, can effectively balance the radial and axial load of pump operation, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the pump, small vibration, low noise.
3. adopting the combination of mechanical seal or mechanical seal shaft seal adopts imported mechanical seal and sealing ring, medium, high temperature resistant titanium alloy using hard alloy material, wear-resistant sealing, can effectively extend the service life of mechanical seal.
4. convenient installation and maintenance, do not need to open pipe road system, as long as the discharge of couplet of pump rotor nut can be pulled out all the parts.
5. can be used according to the requirements of flow and head need to adopt pump series, in parallel operation mode.
6. can be adopted according to the requirements of piping layout of vertical and horizontal pump type installation.
