The Super T Self-Priming Trash Pump is meticulously engineered for cost-effective and hassle-free operations, adept at managing solids-laden liquids and slurries. This pump boasts a large volute design that enables it to automatically re-prime within an entirely open system, eliminating the need for suction or discharge check valves. Remarkably, it can function with only a partially filled liquid reservoir and a completely dry suction line.
Our pumps are capable of handling spherical solids up to 76mm, depending on the pump model. Should the pump shaft or bearings require servicing or repairs, the entire rotating assembly can be effortlessly removed without disrupting the pump casing or pipeline connections.

External Shimless Adjustment
The innovative external shimless cover plate facilitates effortless adjustment of the clearance between the impeller and the wearplate. This eliminates the necessity to realign belts, couplings, or other drive components. Consequently, the working height of the seal assembly and impeller back clearance remain unaffected. The unique collar and adjusting screw allow for precise incremental adjustments by a simple hand turn. Once set, the collar locks into place, maintaining the clearance setting even if the cover plate is removed. This design effectively doubles the lifespan of the impeller and wearplate, ensuring the pump operates at peak efficiency.
Solids Handling
The two-vane, semi-open solids handling impeller is designed to manage solids up to 3" (75 mm) in diameter, depending on the pump model. Pump-out vanes on the impeller shroud significantly reduce the accumulation of foreign materials behind the impeller, and lessen pressure on the seal and bearings.
Exclusive Mechanical Seal
The exclusive double-floating, self-aligning, oil-lubricated mechanical cartridge seal incorporates stationary and rotating faces made of silicon carbide or tungsten titanium carbide, specifically designed for abrasive industrial applications. This seal is available on 3", 4", and 6" (75 mm, 100 mm, and 150 mm) pump models, with optional seals also available.
Removable Cover Plate with 'Easy-Grip' Handle
The removable cover plate, featuring an 'easy-grip' handle and pusher bolt capability, allows for quick and easy access to the pump's interior without disconnecting the piping. Clogs can be swiftly removed, enabling the pump to be back in service within minutes. Additionally, the impeller, seal, wearplate, and flap valve can be accessed through the cover plate opening for inspection or maintenance.
Removable Rotating Assembly
Inspecting the pump shaft or bearings is straightforward and does not require disturbing the pump casing or piping. By simply removing four bolts from the back of the pump, the rotating assembly can be easily slid out.
Dual Protection of Bearings
The atmospheric isolation of the seal cavity provides robust protection for the bearings, and this distinctive design also supports capabilities for external monitoring.
