With a generously designed volute, it automatically re-primes in an open system, eliminating the need for suction or discharge check valves. This functionality persists even if the pump is only partially filled with liquid or has a completely dry suction line.
Our pumps can handle spherical solids up to 76mm in diameter, depending on the specific pump model. Should the pump shaft or bearings require maintenance or repair, the entire rotating assembly can be effortlessly removed without disrupting the pump casing or connected pipelines.

External Shimless Adjustment
The external shimless cover plate allows for seamless adjustment of the clearance between the impeller and the wearplate. This adjustment process bypasses the need to realign belts, couplings, or other drive components, thus preserving the working height of the seal assembly and impeller back clearance. The innovative collar and adjusting screw facilitate precise, incremental adjustments to the wearplate clearance. Once set, the collar remains locked, maintaining the clearance even if the cover plate is removed. This feature significantly extends the lifespan of both the impeller and wearplate, ensuring peak operational efficiency.
Solids Handling
Equipped with a two-vane, semi-open solids handling impeller, our pumps can manage solids up to 3" (75 mm) in diameter, depending on the model. The pump-out vanes on the impeller shroud minimize foreign material buildup behind the impeller and reduce pressure on the seal and bearings.
Exclusive Mechanical Seal
Our exclusive, double-floating, self-aligning, oil-lubricated mechanical cartridge seal features stationary and rotating faces made of either silicon carbide or tungsten titanium carbide, tailored for abrasive industrial applications. This seal is available on 3", 4", and 6" (75 mm, 100 mm, and 150 mm) pump models, with optional seals also offered.
Removable Cover Plate with 'Easy-Grip' Handle
The removable cover plate, equipped with an 'easy-grip' handle and pusher bolt capability, allows quick and easy access to the pump interior without disconnecting piping. Clogs can be cleared, and the pump can be back in service in minutes. Impeller, seal, wearplate, and flap valve can also be accessed through the cover plate opening for inspection or service.
Removable Rotating Assembly
Inspection and maintenance of the pump shaft or bearings can be carried out effortlessly without disturbing the pump casing or piping, simply by removing the rotating assembly. Just remove four bolts from the back of the pump, and the assembly slides out.
Dual Protection of Bearings
Our unique design provides dual protection for bearings through atmospheric isolation of the seal cavity, ensuring their positive protection and enabling external monitoring capabilities.
