The Super T Self-Priming Trash Pump is expertly engineered for economical, trouble-free operation, efficiently handling solids-laden liquids and slurries. Its large volute design enables automatic re-priming in an open system without the need for suction or discharge check valves, even when the pump is only partially filled with liquid or has a completely dry suction line.
Our pumps can handle spherical solids up to 76mm in diameter, depending on the model. For ease of maintenance, the entire rotating assembly can be removed without disturbing the pump casing or attached pipelines, simplifying service or repair of the pump shaft or bearings.

External Shimless Adjustment
Our external shimless cover plate allows for effortless adjustment of the clearance between the impeller and wearplate. This innovation eliminates the need for realignment of belts, couplings, or other drive components, preserving the working height of the seal assembly and impeller back clearance. The unique collar and adjusting screw offer precise, incremental adjustments with a simple turn of the hand. Once set, the collar locks in place, maintaining the clearance even if the cover plate is removed. This design not only doubles the lifespan of the impeller and wearplate but also ensures the pump operates at peak efficiency.
Solids Handling
Equipped with a two-vane, semi-open impeller, our pump manages solids up to 3 inches (75 mm) in diameter, depending on the model. The pump-out vanes on the impeller shroud minimize foreign material buildup and reduce pressure on the seal and bearings, enhancing overall performance.
Exclusive Mechanical Seal
Our proprietary double-floating, self-aligning, oil-lubricated mechanical cartridge seal features silicon carbide or tungsten titanium carbide faces, specifically engineered for abrasive industrial applications. Available in 3-inch, 4-inch, and 6-inch (75 mm, 100 mm, and 150 mm) models, optional seals are also offered to suit various needs.
Removable Cover Plate with "Easy-Grip" Handle
The removable cover plate, equipped with an easy-grip handle and pusher bolt capability, allows quick and straightforward access to the pump's interior without disconnecting piping. Clogs can be swiftly cleared, returning the pump to service in minutes. The impeller, seal, wearplate, and flap valve can all be reached through the cover plate opening for inspection or maintenance.
Removable Rotating Assembly
Inspection and servicing of the pump shaft or bearings can be conducted effortlessly without disturbing the pump casing or piping. Simply remove four bolts from the back of the pump, and the rotating assembly slides out, making maintenance straightforward.
Dual Protection of Bearings
Atmospheric isolation of the seal cavity ensures robust protection of the bearings. This innovative design also enables external monitoring capabilities, enhancing reliability.
