Even with the pump partially filled with liquid and a completely dry suction line, this system operates effortlessly.
Our pumps can adeptly manage spherical solids up to 76mm, depending on the specific pump model. Should the pump shaft or bearings require maintenance or repair, the entire rotating assembly can be effortlessly removed without disturbing the pump casing or associated pipelines.

External Shimless Adjustment
The innovative external shimless cover plate facilitates easy adjustment of the clearance between the impeller and wearplate, eliminating the need to realign belts, couplings, or other drive components. This design preserves the working height of the seal assembly and impeller back clearance. With a unique collar and adjusting screw, incremental adjustments to the wearplate clearance can be made effortlessly. Once set, the collar locks securely, maintaining the clearance even when the cover plate is removed. This design effectively doubles the lifespan of the impeller and wearplate, ensuring the pump operates at peak efficiency.
Solids Handling
The two-vane, semi-open solids handling impeller can accommodate up to 3" (75 mm) diameter solids, differing by pump model. Pump out vanes on the impeller shroud significantly reduce the buildup of foreign materials behind the impeller and alleviate pressure on the seal and bearings.
Exclusive Mechanical Seal
Our exclusive double-floating, self-aligning, oil-lubricated mechanical cartridge seal, crafted with stationary and rotating faces of silicon carbide or tungsten titanium carbide, is specifically designed for abrasive industrial applications. This sophisticated seal is available for 3", 4", and 6" (75 mm, 100 mm, and 150 mm) pump models, with optional seals also on offer.
Removable Cover Plate with 'Easy-Grip' Handle
The removable cover plate, equipped with an 'easy-grip' handle and pusher bolt capability, allows for rapid and straightforward access to the pump's interior without disconnecting the piping. Clogs can be cleared, and the pump can be returned to service in just minutes. Additionally, the impeller, seal, wearplate, and flap valve can be inspected or serviced through the coverlet opening.
Removable Rotating Assembly
The rotating assembly can be removed with ease for inspection of the pump shaft or bearings, without disturbing the pump casing or piping. Simply remove four bolts from the back of the pump, and the entire assembly slides out effortlessly.
Dual Protection of Bearings
The unique design of atmospheric isolation in the seal cavity provides robust protection for the bearings, ensuring their longevity and reliability. This design also supports capabilities for external monitoring.
