Featuring an expansive volute design, these pumps automatically re-prime in an entirely open system without the necessity for suction or discharge check valves. This functionality remains effective even when the pump is only partially filled with liquid and the suction line is completely dry.
Our pumps can handle spherical solids up to 76mm, varying by model. If maintenance on the pump shaft or bearings is needed, the entire rotating assembly can be effortlessly removed without disrupting the pump casing or connected pipelines.

External Shimless Adjustment
The innovative external shimless cover plate facilitates easy clearance adjustment between the impeller and wearplate, eliminating the need to realign belts, couplings, or other drive components. This design ensures the seal assembly and impeller back clearance remain undisturbed. Using a unique collar and adjusting screw, you can fine-tune the wearplate clearance effortlessly. Once set, the collar locks in place, preserving the clearance even if the cover plate is detached. This ingenious design extends the lifespan of both the impeller and wearplate, maintaining peak pump efficiency.
Solids Handling
The two-vane, semi-open impeller efficiently handles solids up to 3" (75 mm) in diameter, depending on the pump model. Pump-out vanes on the impeller shroud minimize foreign material buildup behind the impeller, reducing pressure on the seal and bearings.
Exclusive Mechanical Seal
Our proprietary double-floating, self-aligning, oil-lubricated mechanical cartridge seal, featuring stationary and rotating faces made from silicon carbide or tungsten titanium carbide, is tailored for abrasive industrial applications. Available for 3", 4", and 6" (75 mm, 100 mm, and 150 mm) pump models, with optional seals also offered.
Removable Cover Plate with 'Easy-Grip' Handle
The detachable cover plate, equipped with an 'easy-grip' handle and pusher bolt capability, offers swift access to the pump's interior without the need to disconnect piping. This allows for rapid clog removal and minimal downtime. The impeller, seal, wearplate, and flap valve are all accessible through the cover plate opening for inspection or servicing.
Removable Rotating Assembly
Inspecting the pump shaft or bearings is straightforward without disturbing the pump casing or piping, simply by removing the rotating assembly. Four bolts at the pump's rear are all that need to be removed for the assembly to slide out.
Dual Protection of Bearings
The atmospheric isolation of the seal cavity ensures complete protection of the bearings, and the design allows for external monitoring capabilities.
