Sanitary pumps are specially designed for handling liquid materials containing a part of the gas. Such pumps can be widely used in food, alcohol, chemical, pharmaceutical and similar applications, especially in CIP local cleaning systems as return pumps.

Sanitary pump is composed of motor, pump shaft, mechanical clamp sleeve, sanitary mechanical seal, connecting support, back plate and pump shell. Designed for CIP and designed for reflux pumps. The utility model has a stainless steel shield for protecting an electric motor, and the whole device is supported by four adjustable supporting feet. Equipped with an external single end mechanical seal. The static ring of the mechanical seal is made of stainless steel and silicon carbide or tungsten alloy, and the movable ring is made of stainless steel, graphite or tungsten alloy.
