BZ series self-priming pump is a centrifugal self-priming pump, which has the advantages of compact structure, easy operation, balanced operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long life, and strong self-priming ability. Before work, only need to keep a quantitative primer stored in the pump body, which greatly improves working conditions.
There is no liquid storage chamber in the pump body, and the upper return hole and the lower circulation hole are communicated with the working chamber of the pump, forming an axial return external mixing system. After the pump stops working, a certain volume of liquid has been stored in the pump cavity. When the pump starts, the liquid stored in the pump under the action of the impeller, the air is thrown upward, the liquid through the gas-liquid separation chamber backflow to the working chamber, the gas is discharged out of the pump, so that the pump formed a certain degree of vacuum, to achieve the role of self-priming.
