Introducing the Super T Self-Priming Trash Pump, engineered for economical and trouble-free operation in managing solids-laden liquids and slurries. This innovative pump boasts a large volute design, enabling it to re-prime automatically in an entirely open system, eliminating the need for suction or discharge check valves. Remarkably, it can function effectively even when only partially filled with liquid and with a completely dry suction line.
Our pumps are capable of handling spherical solids up to 76mm in diameter, depending on the specific model. Should the pump shaft or bearings require service or repair, the entire rotating assembly can be easily removed without disturbing the pump casing or connected pipelines.

External Shimless Adjustment
The innovative external shimless cover plate allows effortless adjustment of the clearance between the impeller and wearplate, eliminating the need to realign belts, couplings, or other drive components. This ensures that the seal assembly's working height and the impeller back clearance remain undisturbed. The unique collar and adjusting screw permit incremental wearplate clearance adjustments with a simple hand turn. Once set, the collar locks in place, maintaining the clearance setting even if the cover plate is removed. This design effectively doubles the lifespan of the impeller and wearplate, keeping the pump at peak efficiency.
Solids Handling
Equipped with a two-vane, semi-open solids handling impeller, our pump can manage solids up to 3 inches (75 mm) in diameter, depending on the model. The pump-out vanes on the impeller shroud minimize foreign material buildup behind the impeller, reducing pressure on seals and bearings.
Exclusive Mechanical Seal
Our exclusive double-floating, self-aligning, oil-lubricated mechanical cartridge seal features silicon carbide or tungsten titanium carbide faces. Specifically designed for abrasive industrial applications, this seal is available on 3-inch, 4-inch, and 6-inch (75 mm, 100 mm, and 150 mm) pump models, with optional seals also available.
Removable Cover Plate with 'Easy-Grip' Handle
The easily removable cover plate, featuring an 'easy-grip' handle and pusher bolt capability, allows quick access to the pump interior without disconnecting piping. Clogs can be swiftly cleared and the pump returned to service within minutes. This opening also provides access for inspection or service of the impeller, seal, wearplate, and flap valve.
Removable Rotating Assembly
For effortless inspection of the pump shaft or bearings, the rotating assembly can be removed without disturbing the pump casing or connected piping. Simply remove four bolts from the back of the pump to slide out the entire assembly.
Dual Protection of Bearings
